My grandma came out so happy. She went in with a broken leg and hand and came out able to walk. I grew up going to geriatric facilities to volunteer and they were nothing compared to this. The facility smells clean. Dolores the ADON answered all my questions re my grandmothers health. The nurses were always so cheery like they were happy to work there. Orchard Post Acute is an excellent facility with great, compassionate staff and wonderful residents. The rehabilitation program here is top notch, and is a fantastic place to go for 5x/week PT/OT/ST and nursing.

Just recently had my grandmother at this facility and I couldn't have chosen a better place for my loved one . She spent a good 7 months there and I was more than satisfied with the care she received . The cna's and nurses were on it every time we needed something. I will forever be grateful to the team .

I've worked for Orchard Post Acute for nearly two years and like most jobs, there are up and there are down. However, the ups outweigh the downs and I've had a great experience overall. What I appreciate the about this building is the workplace culture and the ability to know all the residents. OPA is a 98-bed facility which makes it easier for staff to get to know all the residents by name and build relationships.

Great place to work. Clean building and well organized. Excellent staff who welcomed a new hire from the beginning . Hiring process was fast and thorough. CNAs and charge nurses are kind and respectful to residents. Really felt a team atmosphere working here.

Orchard Post Acute is an outstanding skilled nursing facility. The nurses and therapists provide loving, compassionate care, and the management team cares deeply. I would highly recommend Orchard to anyone who needs 24-hour inpatient rehabilitation and/or nursing care.

Orchard Post Acute is an amazing facility. The changes they have made over the last year since they purchased the facility have been amazing. The leadership is top notch and the staff seem like they enjoy working there. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one to come for rehab and recovery.

This facility does not even deserve one star. Do not put your loved one in their care. The staff has horrible attitudes, and they don't even try to hide it. They won't return phone calls regarding updates on your loved one or have care to call you if having issues with your loved one. I stated many times to call if there was an issue with our loved one and no one ever called the family to let us know. The facility is not well kept and is dirty. Not organized. So many staff just walking around. Call light ringing for 10 mins, I timed it. Dirty.
