Went in to get a unit I reserved for today; after packing all day I lost track of time, I called about 8 minutes to closing time to tell them I was coming & the wonderfully pleasant staff was so amazing, not only was she super nice & accommodating even though I arrived at closing time, she stayed late to help me, with a smile on her face & a very friendly and professional manner, she was so wonderful & it made my experience even better during this stressful time. We had great customer service from Tonya. She made things easy to rent our unit and was very pleasant to work with.
This facility is a great place for storage, the staff is super friendly , very professional and always round to help and assure you that your things are in a safe place. I just got my second unit with them this week ad the young lady that helped me was very helpful and I never would of thought she was new but I later found out it was her first day. Best storage place ever , no joke. Thank you guys
We had a couple hiccups, but they were right there to take care of it immediately.
Terry has amazing customer service. We got a good, clean unit in a secure building for a reasonable price. Terry went above that and made us feel welcome. Her follow up and friendliness are appreciated!
