RecommendedWe called Oregon Restoration Company when our hot water heater line sprang a leak. They came out the next day to give us a bid, then Gunner came out to set up fans and dehumidifiers, then removed the damaged insulation and flooring. He was knowledgable and efficient plus respectful and kind, and completed the work to our satisfaction.
Unfortunately, all homes need unexpected repairs, and Oregon Restoration, more specifically Ken Homer from Oregon Restoration minimizes the challenges. Always responsive, always proactive, always available, and I do mean always. Very appreciative of his help and positive attitude.
I had oregon restoration come out after the cold front in January. My water pipe cracked under my sink and ran for about 3 hours before I found it. Ryan came out that night talked to me about options and put a dehumidifier to minimize the damage. When they came they out 2 days later they remove my cabinets and wood floor very cleanly. Plastic was put up, service was excellent and very communicative and nice. With the snow they were not able to come out as much as they wanted but still called about everyday.
