good customer service and positive attitude
The reaches for which I contracted you a year ago are still in my kitchen. I just don’t know what to do.
Was told by orkin that I had raccoon in my attic and they had eaten up most of my insulation . I understood it was a big issue so I wanted to get on top of it right away They told me what time and day they were to show up and they would call me when they are on their way . Well they showed up about an hour and a half late and no phone call so just basically like poof we are here. No sorry for being late or sorry for not calling . Your termite inspection service is a joke, a bad joke. A few weeks ago I got a voicemail to call for an inspection. I called the number, got voicemail and left my name and number and asked them to call back. Never heard from them. Today I get a form letter (no envelope) in my mail box saying you had inspected the outside of my house and to call if I wanted the rest of it inspected. HORRIBLE services- unable to reach customer service anytime you call. All phone calls goes to voice mail and no one never returns your calls. I've been with Orkin for 20 years and this the worst customer service experience I have had and I am thinking about cancelling my services. I like my technician guy he's always explain the issues to me and very professional and pleasant.
We had scheduled our first inspection/ spray for today. Originally, we were told it would “probably”be 4:30. By 5:30, there had been no communication by Orkin, so my husband called their office that services Matthews, NC. We were then told that it was actually a window of 4-6pm that they would arrive and that we would receive a call when the service man was on the way.
