The company charges so much and I never get a written or verbal notification that my bill is going up so I can be prepared.

My new rep never calls to alert me when he is coming- there were special treatments I needed done and, had not someone been home to run out and tell him, they wouldn’t have been done. Orkin is raising prices and has become far too expensive. $85.00 for every other month and a 15 minute visit? Time to seek alternatives
