Love Orkin. Their service is excellent. My service technician, Anthony, is awesome! he always professional, prompt and friendly. Just started their mosquito service just in time for sitting on patio.
They notify us week before planned quarterly indoor/outdoor spray so we have time to plan on being here. They come back as many times as needed to handle return issues. There has been a communication issue but they made it right!!!
I will call the lawrenceville office tomorrow! Reggie did not complete his job! Do not want him to come back to this home again!
I DONT RECOMMEND ORKINS WORST EXPERIENCE! I never receive a call from the Orkin tech when he’s on his way. I never know when the tech is coming out to the house. The tech need to work around my schedule and it should take more then 5-8 mins to spray a 3,300 plus sqft house. The service is a bit expensive but I don’t mind paying for it if it would just be done correctly! I paid for the termite service 300 per year and I never saw them come out and refill the termite traps. I called to see when they would come out and I was to... read more
