Finally I had a tech that actually was aiming for a solution or as best as it could be,instead of just not having any resolution to the termite problem. He was very informative and actually listened to my complaint gave me suggestions of how to minimize infestation. Thank you again Donny you were a big help. We appreciate Scott, he always notifies us the day before he comes out and also again in the morning about 15 minutes before he arrives. We don’t have issues with bugs because of Orkin and Scott will always take care of whatever we point out. We haven’t ever had to have them come out extra.
