Eric called 30 minutes before he arrived and was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions and was thorough in treating my home for flies. They look like gnats and were everywhere. By the time he left, the flies were already calming down and Eric gave clear instructions on how we would proceed going forward. I feel so much better and am eager to see the results of his work.
Knowledgeable personnel who were all professional and friendly. Each of the men who were explained exactly what they were doing and why. We were very pleased that our long association with Orkin has continued in Florida.
