Our Orkin tech, Rudolph Thomas, lets us know when he will be here and if he can’t be here when promised (which is rare), he always notifies us. He always calls when he is done. He is a very nice guy. We have not had any problems since Orkin began our service. I had a problem one time with our bill and I called the office and spoke to someone about it. The problem was immediately handled in a friendly and courteous manner. I highly recommend Orkin.
