I never have written a negative review for a company before, but my service with this local Orkin branch was so bad I felt it necessary. We decided to cancel with Orkin after several months of lazy and ineffective service (only spraying half the house, total time at residence less than 5 minutes, no concern that we were still having problems, etc).
