The time today was from 2-4 and I received a text at 11:45 that he was on the way. I left work early to be here. The problem I have this year was spiders and the tech said he couldn’t do anything but the office said something differently. My garage was full of spider webs all summer.
will not be using the services again. the last time the technician came i spoke with her and explained that my rental company will be paying for my pest. so here it is today when i was scheduled for my monthly maintenance from rental company and me working from home was busy and didnt realize that the pest from orkin came. i spoke with customer service and was told they still had to charge me, and that they will cancel the service. this is freaking ridiculous because the service was already supposed to be cancelled and im pi... read more
First technician didn’t resolve the issue and 2nd technician came back out and said he fix issue but he did not as well. Overpriced for basic services also.

I am highly upset. Why would you spray liquid in open spaces in someone's home leaving puddles of liquid all over the place? My children already stepped in most of it. Where is your humanity? Are you that upset that you had to come back and do your job correctly by spraying the inside that you would jeopardize the health of humans? I am livid but more than that hurt. From the beginning of my co tract with Orkin I have requested that someone CALL me to schedule service and that I be the last one of the day. To date this has not happened. There's always some story about new management or a new system or a new person who is responsible for scheduling. Regardless, it's the same thing every other month. I come home to a note indicating that Orkin has been to my home and treated the outside. I'm paying for interior treatment, too. Orkin in Fayetteville GA is terrible. I have had them for three years , the first two were fine but the last year was terrible! Started with no shows for scheduled appointments and got worse. I had service scheduled for Tues 9/25 verified via e mail and phone, stayed home all day , tec never showed or called . I called the office at 6 they were closed, left a mess for someone to call me back, as usual no one did nor did they respond to e mail.
