Our technician for monthly inspections and treatment is excellent. He is courteous and on time. Great guy. In past years we have had so /so luck with the ones that do termite inspections. They tend to call at the last minute, or on a Sunday, saying, "I'll be in your area tomorrow morning, can I come and do the inspection."
