The inspector was very professional, friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He did not seem to think he needed to crawl under the house, stating he saw no evidence of any termite activity. Is this standard practice? He said someone would be back a 2nd time within 6 months to do a second inspection, is this correct? I did state that I would expect someone to crawl under the house at this inspecion. he said, no problem.
