I’ve had Orkin service since 1989 and I only have great things to say about the company and everyone of my technicians!! Ray is my current technician and he’s is an awesome man and technician. I have rare Diease that causes tumors in both feet and both hands and while Ray is here, he will go get my mail and any thing else he thinks that I might need! That’s appreciated in a level that most people will never understand…some days he’s my lil Orkin-Angel 🙂🙏

Receiving texts notifying me what date and time of the scheduled service a week in advance as well as a text the day of the service, when the service technician is headed our way, and when they have arrived is the main reason I prefer Orkin. Secondly, I am able to communicate directly with Ray, the technician, by text, so any concerns can be discussed and addressed.
