Two years ago I signed up for my backyard to be sprayed every other month. Only to find out today that somewhere along the way only the front was being done. I never asked for the front to be done. I called and canceled my service. Had the lady I spoke to offered some type of partial refund I probably would have kept your services. She said my backyard was only skipped one month. I find that hard to believe. I’m just glad I was home this time to realize I wasn’t getting the service I paid for.

First We were told we had to be out of the house for (3) hours technician was here for (13) minutes on a large yard , terrace , (4) bedroom (3) bath home , it began to rain , a minute after I told the gentleman , he responded “call back in two weeks “ he was not a pleasant professional at all ! We have (33) window s with spider problem I doubt this worked

I always have to call to get Orkin to come inspect my home after having a contract for 26 years. I practically have to beg to get the inspector to look into my attic for termites. They just treated a decorative shutter on the front of my house for the third time in less than 2 years and I had to pay someone to remove it from the wall so they could spray the back of it. I wonder if it worth all the trouble.

It hasn’t been very effective. The people from Orkin don’t answer the phone when you call. The guys who come out to spray notoriously just show up without calling first and assume I’m home. Really inconvenient and inconsiderate.
