Rec’d notice Friday night I had service coming Monday between 2-4. Called left message I wouldn’t be home need to reschedule. Called again on Monday leaving same message n asked to reschedule. No reply from either voice mail. Evidently they came n only did outside?? Nothing inside the house. Then I get survey thanking me for choosing Orkin. I’m extremely disappointed. only fumigate every three months, still have problems inside and out
they did not show up as scheduled. they never called to say they were not coming. actually came the next day! used my hoses and left them scattered. they could have put them back. dug holes in yard and left dirt/mud for me to clean up. never heard from branch manager about such poor service. sales rep did his best....
They could answer the phone and do away with the system where all calls go to corporate then transferred to local branch. Very frustrating. Time consuming to get service scheduled.
