I would give 0 stars!!!! They gave me bed bugs and would not eradicate roaches I had. All they wanted to do was maintain my ***** problem. I went a year with these pests cause they wouldnt get rid of them, all they wanted to do is maintain them. I would NEVER go through these guys ever!!!!

I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by orkin and the fact that I was lied to be the customer service representative and I emailed the district manager *********************** on July 26 and I have yet to get a response. I had been receiving less than acceptable service and when I called the lady I told her that I would like to hold off on services until I called them. The lady said ok and then said have a nice day. Ive had a Orkin pest policy for decades (previously Western) and after identifying an infestation of mice in my attic I received an exorbitant quote to replace the insulation. (I chose to use Constellation Home). Orkin did not follow up to prevent re-infestation as one might expect from a pest control company. Very disappointed to be LIED to about how they were going to fix my mice problem. Stated would use a vacuum system to get all the mice and insulation so as to not have dead mice to smell for weeks. This was the only method mentioned to me, and the ONLY reason I chose to use them. This is a **** square foot manufactured home. My experience with this business is consistent with many of the recent complaints: unprofessional, unclear, and unhelpful. My landlord signed me up for Orkin to eliminate mice and cockroaches in my apartment. The first three appointments were scheduled without notifying me, I only found out the day before each appt via automated text messages--this is after I called following the first instance to say I did not schedule the appointment and to contact me directly before scheduling in the future. Service was decent until I cancelled service after moving. It's been almost a year since I canceled and moved but Orkin is trying to charge for service this past July when I no longer live at the service address. I've called so many times trying to resolve. It's now been over a month and Rollins keeps calling me to collect a debt I do not owe. Every time I speak with someone they keep pushing me back and forth. This company does not call you back when leaving voicemails, they lie about what they are going to do for certain price points, they lock you into a contract that would be fine if they hold there end of the bargain but they don't. In the contract it states if you see spider,flys,roaches after they spray that you can call and they will come back out. June 2021 I signed a 3 year contract with Orkin for termite removal. Fast forward 1 year later Aug 2023 , I called the *********** ****** to see when they were going to do the yearly inspection, much to my surprise they said it was already completed in 7/22/23. Which I knew was a lie because I was home all day that day. So they rescheduled the appointment for 8/23/23. The person who came was the same person who lied about coming out to my house on 7/22/23. Their customer service bounce you all over the country as you trying to find the one nearest to you. The few times that they've been out to my house to spray for bugs it was never the same guy twice. The whole laundry list of promises that they never kept. They wrote me into a money lender to pay for their service which had its own issues but either way they got their money and I did not get all the services they promised me. They would call to make appointments to come out but they never would call and never showed up
