The technician, Jermaine, is great! We have not had any problems since we started this service. Always on time, pleasant and thorough.

Service tech never even rang my bell or knocked on my door. Never asked did I need inside service. Didn’t even know they were coming today. The guy literally put a bill on my door and done 0 work. I called and reported him. The office made him come back again. He zipped through my house in under 3 mins. Never opened cabinets to spray around sinks and lied and said he sprayed the back porch when I’m sitting right here looking at him and he never went on porch both locks still locked. I was happy with Orkin until the most recent specialist left the old, used traps in my yard he just replaced. I asked specifically to have him discard of them and he threw them outside of my garage and left it there. I also found a new bug in my home and took a clear picture of it and he could not identify it to even tell me how to prevent them. VERY disappointed in my most recent home visit as I have a yearly plan that I have prepaid for.
