I needed to change my appointment because the technician was scheduled to come at a time we specifically said was not good for us. I tried to move the time by phone twice, but could never get through to a person. My hubby talked to someone, who said they would contact us. The next day the technician showed up just as I was leaving, so I waited for him to finish. I was not happy.
Absolutely the worst pest control service I’ve ever had. Constant no call no show. Extremely unprofessional. I left countless messages without a return call.
