Get directionsTyler is the best bug man ever, he is very educated about pest and can answer almost any question that I have. he is very friendly and has great customer service skills. I recommend orkin because of my technician and if it wasn't for Tyler working for orkin then I probably wouldn't do business with them, I'd deal with someone a little cheaper
As ALWAYS my Orkin man Tyler was always kind respectful and very family like! I truly do appreciate his courtesy and prop work always does a great job

They were able to respond and treat my house the day I called. My technician was very patient. The cost is reasonable especially for the diverse amount of critters that are covered by the service.

Our annual inspection fee has been paid since April; however I am still trying to get the actual physical inspection competed with this office. Multiple un-returned messages in May and June before I was finally I was able to book an appointment. Then, the inspector didn’t show. I have left another message today trying to book the actual physical inspection. I am not sure if the problem is personnel or disorganization, but it leads to one very unsatisfied customer on my end. Orkin had been treating my sons property for over a year, and the bugs are still there. I have been paying for this service and have no solution like they promised!!!

I have scheduled a inspection for Wednsday 6/28/2023 I will update you on the findings and recomendations for the solution.
The service I paid for was not what I got, so after a year of wasted money I cancelled the service now they have sent me a bill stating they could not take the money for my last service. What’s funny is my bank says they took it out on the 17 of July save your money go with a local bug company.
Appointments are not adhered to and prices keep going up.

I used to be happy with Orkin but the company is becoming progressively worse and worse. Apparently, according to my Tech, Corporate instituted a new policy. I NOW need to contact the office to schedule my appointment rather than the Tech contacting me. Can they make it anymore inconvenient for a customer? Apparently, they do not need my business.
