the call center sells a heat extraction procedure and they don't do any of that. they also sell you a house and yard package but they don't do yards. not using them anymore.
We call to schedule an appointment for an evaluation. The scheduler scheduled the wrong technician to come out. We had to wait for another appointment and then that technician was up in our attic and put a hole through our ceiling. The technician said that he wouldn't put the order through the company's insurance and had someone he knew come out to fix our ceiling. One man showed up but had to wait for the technician and one other guy to show up. He was waiting in our living room for four hours. They fixed the hole but the p... read more
