Frank from Orkin was fantastic! We had a bald-faced hornet’s nest that needed to be removed, and he was able to come out the same day. He was super efficient—he had the hive down and everything cleaned up in under 10 minutes. Frank was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what we were dealing with and what to expect going forward, which gave us a lot of comfort. Really nice efficient service, came the next day and friendly professional service by Leo. The salesperson was willing and eager to revise my service contract once I explained the situation and sent the person who handled my father’s similar situation the previous day. Need to know what you want done so the salesperson that you intially speak to on the phone does not try to sell you more than what you need.
Had a full court press today, all day. 6 different employees, arriving to solve a problem that has been with us for more than a year. They will finish tomorrow. My salesman showed-up and he has promised we will see major results after one week & hoping for 100% by four weeks, but they will not give up. I will make future posts. A great first day response, good people, confident!
Constant disconnect between main office and follow up team; appointments when they didn’t show up and “we weren’t on the schedule” despite getting a text/email; spent $$$ to have them redo insulation after evidence of mice and since then multiple contractors said it was questionable work. No proactive treatment for pest control. Recommend finding a local more professional company.
