Very professional. An Orkin inspector named Michael come out and visited us. Did a full inspection, very thorough very professional. I highly recommend their services. These guys came in different teams and did fast,clean,efficient, work. We had insulation removal from attic and basement as well as pest control and some other services. I was really pleased with the service, it was very thorough. Akaido, the technician did an excellent job of assessing the property and providing recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10!

Robert (Bob) Powell was absolutely fantastic! I am very squeamish when it comes to pests (flies in my case), and Bob helped settle a lot of my concerns. It’s only been a few hours and a lot of the flies have already died after Bob’s treatment. He was very professional and efficient. And can’t forget to mention his wonderful personality. If you have Bob as your Orkin Pro, you won’t be disappointed!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Orkin’s mice control service was extremely disappointing. I was charged nearly $250, and what I received was something any homeowner could have done on their own. The technician placed a few standard traps, told me to buy spray foam from Home Depot, and left. No thorough inspection, no attempt to locate how or where the mice were entering. Made the switch and couldn’t be happier - it’s like night and day between companies! Orkin has been very communicative via text/email/calling and our bug issues have diminished over the course of a few treatments. Continuing to have them come out for maintenance every month or two now to keep the bugs at a minimum. Special shout out to our “Bug Man” Stephen for always providing exceptional service and knowing just where to go!
