They are very professional and knowledgeable. Gave recommendation on things that would help control pests. I have a cat and I was doing things wrong with how I gave treats and where I put food out. Noticed floor woodwork needing silicone because they had gaps. I’m in my 70s and there were things I didn’t notice. It was a very good visit
