I have one problem when I first irking they did not explain the hidden fees. When the pest control person came then me me about the fees and did not explain about the fees clearly. He had to explain it to me in person. I do not like to be ambush with newer fees. I did not like that at all. You need to have customer services to be clear about the hidden fees.

Your company is very professional with great customer service. You also do a huge variety of different projects....you do not just kill bugs. I am not sure people realize all the things Orkin covers. I have been the recipient of several projects in the past.
