It’s a hit or miss if anyone answers the phone in their Waldorf, MD business. You can set up appointments with them and they have no record of your call. They were supposed to have someone at my house for a re-spray between 4:00-6:00 today because the ants they sprayed for on my counters a couple of weeks ago never went away. They’ve missed their time window!! I will never do business with this company again!! I will tell all my friends the same!!

The date of the service gives a 3 or 4 hour time frame but instead of calling your cell they send an email and I don't monitor email so the person comes and I do not hear his knock (large house) so he just dumps some pest aside around the house but I am not there to confirm and totally skips the in house service. The previous tech always called me prior to arriving. Orkin seems to be in free fall hiring unskilled personnel and not caring about quality!

These are the worst people to deal with. They don’t even know what going on in there own office about their clients. They really don’t care about you. Once they get your money you are f__k.
I was told over the phone they were coming between 10-1 my husband waited nobody showed up. Then I get phone call basically asking where are you. No phone calls or anything saying they were going to be late.
Service was not the best. Canceled the service and told them not to come anymore. They came and "sprayed" anyway. Not happy.

We always ask for feedback and can send a manager out to rectify any situation if you are not satisfied given the opportunity. When you cancelled, you spoke with with an administrator and agreed to take the final service, so again if there was any misunderstanding we apologize. I used Orkin this year and I have had a pest problem all year. I have ants in all my food. In the sugar, salt and crawling all over the counters. The grandchild had a cookie she picked up off the counter and it was covered in ants. I asked them not to come and spray while I was not at home and they came any way. It is very expensive to pay and still have such an ant problem. Now, they say they won't come out unless I pay. But I don't feel I should pay since they have not taken care of my bug problem.
