Such a rip off. I scheduled Orkin for pest service in anticipation of lady bugs. Specifically asked for help sealing up holes on the exterior of my house. Receptionist said that I could expect that. Day of service, service professional spent 1 hour surveying my house, sprayed chemicals, throw down some cheap bug traps, and called it a day. $230 and expected me to pay $90/month for follow up. All they care about is my money not quality service. Still didn’t get what I specifically asked for

Given one day’s notice appointment made! Technician arrived early so inside of house was not treated. Price was raised without notice. VERY expensive!
