It was so nice to meet our new technician, JackRenfroe!! I was a little apprehensive when I found out that Thomas Boling would not have our route anymore!! But he has trained Jack very well, and Jack did an excellent and thorough job!! He is also very sweet and kind, just like Thomas!!
