Gods I hate myself for forgetting their names, but the inspector and the guy who laid out the traps for us? Both absolutely delightful. Very kind, super helpful, and... Well, our situation is particularly bad, mans was kind enough to show me photos and walk me through how much it'll cost to fix BIG NUMBERS but he was helpful. 10/10 give both these folks a raise.
