Brendan Taggart Was our guy that came out every month. We had a HUGE problem with fruit flies, had Brendan out to take care of the issue. A day later the fruit flies were still a problem. I text Brendan to ask if he could come back out (which he said I could do bc he gave me his card) and he called me RUDE for asking him back out. Your technician was very rude to the residents and staff. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment. We will be terminating our service agreement.
