worst service people ever
Being consistent in service. I do not get sprayed as I should, yet I am charged a fee, no way to treat a customer.
They have a HUGE problem with scheduling. So much so that it seems like the main office uses a totally different schedule than the field technicians. We had an appointment window for today from 10 to noon, and it was confirmed the day before. Now it’s 12:20 and the tech is a no show. And they haven’t called or texted to say they can’t make it.
