The person that arrived today was not the person that I was told would be here. He spent so little time at my home that I don’t believe he could have done a very good job. He sped past my windows with his sprayer so fast that it is doubtful that any insecticide got where it was supposed to go. Please do not send this person to my home ever again.

The tech is late (10-12 pm appt) he arrived almost 1:00 pm and did the service lest than 6-10 mins. I don’t think the service is not worth of what I pay.

It would be nice if I got notification when there were changes in the way the service is completed and when they’re going to raise prices. I’ve had three price hikes THIS year alone and now they’re telling me they can’t do a full spray in between three month time frames as it’s no longer part of the service. I’m now paying 55 plus per month in order to not get service when needed, the whole point of having a monthly fee and paying this astronomical amount is to actually get service when needed.
