RecommendedFirst, I love my Orkin guy cause he is fast, professional and thorough. Not a big fan of your scheduling system. For instance, yesterday I got a call saying the technician would arrive between 9 and 10. He showed up at 7:30 am. I was barely out of bed. I also often get “we just happen to be in your neighborhood can we come over in 5 minutes “ calls which I find very annoying.. please fix this

I have no problem with my annual inspection. however, I do have a problem with the employee trying to sell me an expensive service every year. it seems that every service he sells is 1000 to 2500 dollars. I consistently find cheaper prices at other vendors.
