My Service provider, Mr. Gump, is awesome. He’s friendly, personable and approachable. He’s professional, and very careful when working in my home, so this is no reflection on him. It’s just that I’ve had the service for a few months now and have not seen a reduction in bugs. In fact, in some areas I’ve seen an increase in their activity and that obviously bothers me...
