Provided a service without approval and then they threatened to take me to collections for not paying. I signed up for three months of mosquito control. Why would I want it the day before a frost? When I called, there was no customer service - just threats. Utilize the small business/nonfranchise provider.

terrible customer service. showed up unannounced. charged 200 for 1 month of service and all they did was put out sticky traps. charged me again after I had cancelled my service. very disappointed.
