They’re great at controlling any insects/pests. We had a nice problem which they’ve completely eliminated. They incapsulated the craw space and installed a sunk pump and keeping it completely dry where we’d always had a moisture problem. We are very pleased with Orkin.

In November of 2022 I had a service appointment scheduled. The technician canceled without any notice. That was the second year in a row that happened. I asked for a $50 credit for my inconvenience. The technician agreed yet I never saw the credit on my account. I contacted the local office by email three times. First I followed up with a customer service agent I had previously corresponded with. Then to the general manager's email address. And a third time through the "Get A Quote" form on the website. the bugs are still here or should I say aren't controlled. The guy never sprayed my upstairs which has 3 berms and a bathroom. so it wasn't complete
