Just saw an Orkin employee come out of our elderly neighbor's home this morning maskless. We will be spreading the word to avoid this particular company if you have family members using them. Get a supply of k95 and N95s and keep your community safe, Orkin
The person was only out at my house for less than 30 min. Sprayed in my screens for spiders and went around the house with a big duster. Said he checked under house and didn’t see anything. Did not get the mud dauber nest down. Said he was unable. I knocked it down myself. Missed several big spiderwebs. $80. For this type of service is too expensive. I could have done it myself for less than $10 with a can of bug spray. Might call if I had termites.

We are sorry the experience was not satisfactory. I have reviewed the Technicians GPS and service ticket. Looks like time on site was a little over 40 min. Several products were used for the treatment of rodents and spray application around the home for general pest control. Spider web removal was also listed on the service ticket however, we should have spent more time to make sure all webs were removed. Home inspections keep getting shorter and less intense. One year there was none at all. At the same time annual fee continued to increase. Has increased 12% in 4 years

Orkin came yesterday for our monthly treatment. It rained several times during the day, which may of effected the treatment. My grandchildren came around supper time and we were playing outside they both got many mosquito bites. They were playing in the driveway and road, not in grass or near the woods.
