The person was only out at my house for less than 30 min. Sprayed in my screens for spiders and went around the house with a big duster. Said he checked under house and didn’t see anything. Did not get the mud dauber nest down. Said he was unable. I knocked it down myself. Missed several big spiderwebs. $80. For this type of service is too expensive. I could have done it myself for less than $10 with a can of bug spray. Might call if I had termites.
Home inspections keep getting shorter and less intense. One year there was none at all. At the same time annual fee continued to increase. Has increased 12% in 4 years
Orkin came yesterday for our monthly treatment. It rained several times during the day, which may of effected the treatment. My grandchildren came around supper time and we were playing outside they both got many mosquito bites. They were playing in the driveway and road, not in grass or near the woods.
Horrible customer service. No call backs, no communication. Doesn’t show up. Don’t waste your time. Call someone else for your pest control needs.
Tech showed up early outside of appointment time. Only performed exterior service. NO PHONE CALL TO ME. Stopping payment.
