John, Orkin technician, arrived to my home with mask on face and protective covering on feet at 11:45AM. Orkin was scheduled to be here between 10 AM and noon. Mr. Patrick always comes with a smile on his face and is so kind to me, my children and my dog. He chats with us and gives us lots of laugh. He always help address any issues we have and is very helpful in identifying problem locations. Cannot recommend this company and him enough
