My past 2 service calls for misc pest control was useless! I still had ants and spiders! Then I discovered a flea and asked them for the same special price/deal that they gave me 2 years ago for fleas and multiple other pests and they would not comply. I settled for a flea only treatment for my last visit and cancelled any further services! I will buy a product from Walmart and spray for the ants and spiders myself with better results and a MUCH cheaper price.

Mrs. Knapp I am sorry you were not told at the time of service that flea treatments were not part of the standard pest service. When I was speaking with you and your technician I reduced the price as low as possible for the flea service. With our standard pest service if you are having issues in between services we will come out for a follow visit at no additional cost. I waited 2 hrs and 48 min on a tech to come I do not live in this house so I had to sit there and wait and when I called the call center they had no way of knowing if the tech was on his way or not and couldn’t guarantee me he was even still coming This is a total loss of miss communication. But I must say after the tech got there he was really professional and very apologetic thank you Orkin for taking all my day

We’ve had Orkin for 5 years and just recently found out that when they originally treated our home, they may have possibly not done it correctly. They have one guy that is very nice and seems to be very knowledgeable. The rest of them are full of excuses. All of this did not come to light until after I had already signed another contract. Looks like we’re stuck with them for another five years.
