I had a appointment that I had to cancel I told them I couldn’t reschedule at the time. They kept making me appointments. The last time someone showed I wasn’t home it’s 34 degrees outside. So they treated outside for ants I don’t have ants and that is not what my contract is for. The appointment wasn’t even for a treatment it’s a follow up appointment. Don’t give me something I don’t want then want to charge me for it very unsatisfied
I’m being charged for services for when I’m not at home and they didn’t do anything inside where the problem is.

They came and spent 15 minutes, worker gave no information I had to pry for it. Showed up over an hour late. Said my outside foundation was fine. Didn’t want to hear anything about where we saw ants coming in. Oh, and he was late trying to get me to reschedule! He didn’t want to be here. Found active anthill by foundation after he left, took pictures and video. Doing a charge back on my card!!! They did nothing
