I requested service in March for ants. They had to come back a second time as the problem was not resolved. Today they apparently came out and I was neither expecting then nor was I home. I was billed today for quarterly recurring service which I never knowingly agreed to. I have been an annual customer for two homes and will NEVER be using them again. The agent on the phone refused to credit my account as « I received service today « This is the Elk Grove Illinois location
after one single service in March no one came to service again but keep changing me every month.

You are signed up for convenience billing which will bill your account on the same day of the month. Any money you pay on your account will sit as a credit balance until we perform the service. Please call (847) 439-7840 so we can help clear up your account.
we were told that they would be there between 8am and 10 and then 10am to 12pm and then 12pm to 4, to FIND OUT WE WERE NEVER ON THEIR SCHEDULE!!! even though their corporate office had us on the schedule...mis-communication to the Max, spend your money elsewhere
