The rep who came to the house did not where shoe covers and got mud on the floors. When he saw acorns by the dryer vent stated that they don’t do squirrels. When I called to request services I stated that I was not sure if it was nice or squirrel that was in the dryer vent. The central office should be able to determine if the area you are calling from does squirrel removal. Some then I had to find someone else. So now it is four days with squirrel in vent. Way too much time wasted.
