Very prompt regarding the day and time they set. Efficient and we had to have them come out before our next scheduled visit with no problem. We just discovered we had a mouse in the house and our Orkin person came out earlier than our normal scheduled visit and took care of the ants we get every spring and mouse control during the same visit.
