Customer service was outstanding from beginning to end! Professional, courteous, polite and patient! They came within a couple of hours when I was expecting to have to make an appointment later in the week if I was fortunate. They showed up next morning after I reported the issue. I have yet to see how the treatment works, but am at least pleased with the customer service and the initial attention to my issue. Technician seemed attendant thorough.
