Our technician was thorough and efficient. He was polite in answering questions I had about service. I have been a customer of Orkin for 40 years and have lived comfortably in a wooded environment.

Prompt, polite, efficient.
The customer service department was great; however I was underwhelmed by the actual service. I did not feel as if the technician was thorough. I thought he would look for entry point and that wasn’t done. I don’t feel as if the service that I received was worth the premium cost.
