Had a Tech (Billy - he was awesome!) and the Branch Manger Bruce Hatfield at my house yesterday to look at a possible issue of pests in our attic. After the tech and manager both looked into my problem, neither recommended any type of remediation at my home for pest control. While they felt confident in their assessment/inspection, Bruce was unwilling to confirm in a letter that at this time no further action is needed.
