So caring about our pets, takes a few minutes to chat with us and listen to our concerns and does a fantastic job! If you are in Portage, request Mitchell. We have had at least 3 other techs cover our service when he hasn't been available-- but he's our favorite!
the guy was really nice and concern about our place he explained clearly to me what would take place and he was thourgh where the problem was. a very courteous guy and took safety precaution with the mask on.
