Mitchell is always always super friendly and thorough. He is one of the main reasons we continue to use Orkin! So caring about our pets, takes a few minutes to chat with us and listen to our concerns and does a fantastic job! If you are in Portage, request Mitchell. We have had at least 3 other techs cover our service when he hasn't been available-- but he's our favorite!
the guy was really nice and concern about our place he explained clearly to me what would take place and he was thourgh where the problem was. a very courteous guy and took safety precaution with the mask on.

Very friendly and thorough technician. We talked about the issues and we started a plan. He inspected all around the house, inside and out. Hopefully, we will see some results soon but lots of good info in the meantime. So far, so good!
Very professional. Technician did an excellent job answering questions. After Day One have not seen any bugs. Thats live bugs I’m referring to. There is a lot of dead ones!
