Mitchell is always always super friendly and thorough. He is one of the main reasons we continue to use Orkin! So caring about our pets, takes a few minutes to chat with us and listen to our concerns and does a fantastic job! If you are in Portage, request Mitchell. We have had at least 3 other techs cover our service when he hasn't been available-- but he's our favorite!
