On time, courteous, thorough,knowledgeable. Treated our problem immediately. Explained everything that he was doing and using. Explained what to expect and how to get ahold of him if we had any further problems.
Do not use this company for any form of pest control. They over charged me, and damaged our floor. No one from the office has followed up regarding either concern. Everytime I speak to the office manager, I get excuse after excuse. Save your money and choose another company.
Manager of Traverse City was extremely rude and offered no answer why I was promised a technician and one never showed up but marked in route. Very unreliable with times, and communication.
