The tech that came to the house was very nice and professional. He treated our home quickly for the wasps that had invaded our upstairs bathroom and explained everything clearly. He only left 5 minutes ago so no real way of knowing if it worked yet but I am optimistic.

The lady in office I called to check about Orkin gave misleading information. She said they used traps that they didn’t use, they use old school traps. She said they came out to get mice after they were trapped not so. The tech that came to my house was very kind and called his manager to straighten out the mess. His name was Jamie.
