Had a wasp problem and the first visit by the Orkin technician was lackluster, but after a second call, a new technician took care of our wasp friends for good. The second technician was through, communicated the situation and did a great job. I wish he came out the first time, but oh well, in the end we are very satisfied.

Really bogus sales operation. They give you a price and then insist you have someone come to the house, who gives you a completely different price. And you have to pay a downpayment to initiate the process. I would never call on them again.

I have called every time for a year when it has been a service call. the technician comes when they want and not during the time I request. they changed my appointments without letting me know. I might get emails or I might not. they have no trouble taking my money on time. worst service and nothing changes.

I called to have them see if they could get rid of the rat colony in my yard. I asked for an estimate and they said they couldn't give it over the phone they would have to come out since the rats are not in the house. I was contacted by a technician who scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 7, 2019. He told he he would be here from 2-4. It is now past 4 and he has not arrived nor has he called to reschedule or say he is running late. Awful service, they were suppose to show up between 10am and noon. No one ever showed up and when I called they were very rude and couldn't get anyone out and said I would have to wait until the next day. When I have bees getting into my home. Furious with them.
