Get directionsI've been faithfully paying for the wildlife treatment for moles with NO RESULTS. I was told there was a period when Orkin could not get the pesticide treatment, however they only deleted one months payment. This problem occured all summer and the moles are ruining my yard. VERY POOR TREATMENT FOR A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER!

definitely would not recommend!! I have orkin for termite control--for my annual bait inspection review in 2024 I received the report that it was completed--but a tech had never even come to my house!! (I was home the entire day). I have been an Orkin customer for years. Greg, my usually technician for pest control, is fantastic. Sadly, when I started having rodent issues, my experience went sharply downhill. Salesman recommended about $4000 worth of work to solve the problem, with a prepaid service plan called “Orkin Shield”. We did what he recommended, but after 7 months the issues became much worse. They sent someone else who said it wasn’t their fault and the fix was 16k. Orkin shield isn’t a guarantee apparently. They refused to budge on that fi... read more

Was quite disappointed spending the money for a 30 day thing and the VERY NEXT DAY still found hella fleas in my home. Had to call and ask to be rescheduled for another treatment , Had to wait over a week for the first appointment, had to wait a week for the 2nd appointment and am now waiting 2 weeks for our final (3rd) appointment. Chipmunks were tearing up my yard and were trying to get into my house. Could hear them chewing. Mice invaded. Lived in same house for over 25 years! First year having mice. Orkin came in and put down a bait box outside and sticky traps in garage. All bait eaten. No more chipmunks or mice but keeping plan in place-ready just in case!

Absolutely horrible! We had someone come out and they only treated one teeny nest. They could not find the main nest. (The technician was wonderful) but the price we paid for the service was absolutely horrid. We had a nest removed which my husband could have taken care of. We are only hoping that if they come back, we are able to take advantage of the 30 day guarantee.

In the 6+ years we’ve had them spraying quarterly I literally can count the number of spiders and insects we’ve seen on 2 hands.

I have tried to cancel my quarterly service 3 times, was assured all 3 times the service was cancelled and they were apologetic that it hadn’t been cancelled on the prior requests. Yesterday the service technician showed up again. I called once again and am awaiting a call back to once again cancel my service for the 4th time and ask that my account be refunded. Ridiculous 😡
